This policy explains how ReelTranscripts.com handles information when you use the transcription tool.
Media and links you submit
When you upload a media file, your browser sends it to a Cloudflare Worker and Cloudflare Workers AI so the requested transcript can be generated. When you submit a public Instagram URL, the service retrieves publicly available media for that request and sends the media to the same transcription service.
The application does not place source media or completed transcripts in its own long-term database or object storage. Media is handled for the active request and released after processing. The transcript is returned to your browser.
Accounts and information
The tool does not require registration or a user account. The application does not ask for your name, mailing address, or payment information.
Infrastructure data
Cloudflare may process technical and security information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, while providing hosting, security, and AI processing. That handling is governed by Cloudflare's own policies.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The site does not currently run third-party advertising or its own analytics tracker. Third-party advertising may be added in the future. If that happens, this policy will be updated and any consent controls required by applicable law will be provided.
The service only attempts to process publicly accessible Instagram media submitted by a visitor. ReelTranscripts.com is independent from Instagram and Meta.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the service or its data practices change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
